RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, MAS Health Pty Ltd is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit if the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.
Defective items need to be returned to MAS Health Pty Ltd within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. For items found to be defective or dysfunctional after 14 days, returns can be accepted.
Delivery Policy
AUSTRALIA: All products will be sent via Express Post Satchel. Standard delivery time is between 2-5 business days depending on your location.
OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA: All products will be sent via AIR MAIL. Standard delivery time is between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Currency of Transactions
All invoices issued by MAS Heath Pty Ltd are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and all electronic transactions on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Goods and Services
This electronic payment facility is for use by MAS Heath Pty Ltd clients who are buying products via this website.
